As such, in the event of insolvency, you would be entitled to claim any monies held on trust in such an account, but you would have no protection under any statutory deposit guarantee scheme.
This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation.
You confirm that any monies deposited with
bet-at-home does not originate from any prohibited sources and that you shall not use the account for any criminal activities. This includes but is not limited to money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you or any member of the
bet-at-home group. Any suspected involvement in any type of money laundering or any activity related to money laundering,
bet-at-home reserves the right to report such activities to the competent authorities.
